Vlog #115: Working the glutes

Another busy week, but a very good one when it comes to workouts. Working the glutes was my main goal. I have been noticing that those muscles are starting grow and I love it. Now that I am almost at my weight goal I can see all of my muscles better. This makes me want to shape up even more, haha! I also went to Amsterdam for work and had a pretty good day there. It was very sunny so I had a blast. I hope you’ll enjoy my workouts and get some motivation from them.
