Oh yeah, I’m back with a fitness vlog. I took about six to seven months of from working out. I had a lot to handle in my personal life and my health wasn’t doing so well. I kept pushing myself to go back to the gym every week, only to get sick a few days after. I knew something had to give and I decided to be smart. I took a big break from going to gym and I let my body rest. It was a glorious time, but I started missing working out. So now I’m back with a fitness workout video and a physique update.

I’m sharing how I’m slowly picking up the pace. I also had some gym anxiety that I had to deal with. It wasn’t too bad, but it did make me feel uncomfortable. When I finally got to the gym and into my first workout, I felt better immediately! My fitness workout did turn out to be quite heavy. I’m in shock about the state of my strength, I feel so weak right now! I really have to build myself back up, but I’m up for the challenge. Without further ado: Here’s my first fitness workout of 2020!
