Leg and booty workout without machines

Are you ready to rumble? Good, because I have a new leg and booty workout without machines for you. You can use your own bodyweight or grab some dumbbells or weight plates like I did. I love being able to do these type of workouts, because I hate being dependent on machines. And the machines in my gym are often occupied when it’s busy. So that makes me very creative and use leg and booty workouts like this one.

This workout will take you about 45 minutes depending on your speed. Make sure you check with a professional if these exercises are good for your body and goals. Better safe than sorry! Now we have that out of the way, check out the workout plan I used:



Abductor drop set

20 reps with 30 kg
21 reps with 25 kg
22 reps with 20 kg
23 reps to failure with 15 kg

Kickbacks and short raises superset

10 kickbacks plus 10 short raises per leg with 5 kg
10 kickbacks plus 30 short raises x 3 per leg with 7,5 kg

Side raises 

30 side raises per leg with 2,5 kg

Walking lunges

16 lunges per set with 5 kg, I did 3 sets

Walking side squats

24 squats per set with 5 kg, I did 3 sets

Reverse and curtsy lunges

10 lunges x 3 per leg with 10 kg
