Aaah, I’m super excited and happy to be back with the Summer Body Challenge 2018. I started the Summer Body Challenge last year in March. You seemed to love the series as much as I do, so I’m bringing it back! The Summer Body Challenge helped me figure out why I couldn’t lose weight. I learned a lot about fitness and which workouts are good for me. I also learned about Keto, which I have been doing since May 2017. In my case, losing weight means 50% mindset and mental health, 25% food and 25% fitness.
Therefor the Summer Body Challenge isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about creating the version of yourself, while having a fun and relaxed time. I really hope you will join me for this new round and work on yourself with me. It doesn’t matter what goals you have or how you want to achieve them, you are most welcome to join the challenge: Creating the best version of yourself. I already have my own goals, which I will tell you about in the kick off video for the second season of the Summer Body Challenge.
My weight goal is 58 kg and I’m currently at 61,6. Although I started at 62,6 on June 1 when I started my new challenge. So I already lost 1 kg, whoohoo! I’ve also stated my other goals which are eating Keto combined with intermittent fasting leangains style. This time I also concluded my measurements because I’m curious to see if those will change. I personally never measure myself for weight loss purposes, but it seems like a good experiment for this new series.
So here are my stats:
- Weight goal: 58 kg before September 1, 2018
- Start weight: 62,6 at June 1, 2018
- Current weight: 61,6 at June 9, 2018
- Height: 1.63 cm
- Chest: 90 cm
- Waist: 73 cm
- Hips: 100 cm
- Thighs: 60 cm
- Arms: 26 cm
