Better late than never, right? I normally put my videos up early in the morning, but this one was hard to make. That’s why this video is reaching you quite late in the evening. As you can tell by the title and probably noticed through my Instagram stories, I didn’t reach my weight loss goal. It’s quite hard to say it out loud, but it’s the truth. Strangely enough I don’t feel too bad about it, because I have been working on myself on a different level. I learned a lot about myself within the last two months and that’s worth a lot!
Am I said that I didn’t reach my goal? Yes, a little but I also think everything happens for a reason. My reasons were things in my personal life that need my attention. Not everything can be fixed through working out and ways of eating. Nope, some things require lots of thinking and learning how to cope with it. That’s exactly what I’ve been doing and I’m quite happy about it. I will of course keep on striving to my new weight goal and I will get there soon. I’ll tell you all about it in my last Summer Body Challenge video of this year.
