
Hey babes, how are you? I had the busiest week and I really wanted to enjoy my weekend, so I did. But I’m back now and with a new ‘The Healthy Life’ video about my new body goals. Losing weight is one thing, but shaping my body is another story. Right now I’m adjusting to my ‘new’ body. It’s not new though, this is how it’s supposed to be. I just haven’t seen my real body in years. And it feels weird, like I lost a part of myself. The good thing is I didn’t, I just lost some unnecessary fat.
I do find it hard to adjust to my normal body. I was so used to dressing different to hide the fat area’s and buying bigger sized clothes. I also miss some volume on my boobs and booty. Which I want to get back by replacing it with muscle. That is what I will be talking about in this video. Because losing weight is awesome, but it changes your body. In my case I need to shape and sculpt it, so I can get my beloved curves back.
I have a plan, but I want to share my new body goals first. I think it’s important to know what you want to work on, before you hit the gym. It helps me to create realistic goals and not get frustrated because I haven’t set the right goals to get the desired results. I really hope this video will help you get some motivation to create the best version of yourself. That is what I think is the most important, to find out what is the best version for you.
