Hi guys, it’s time for the last physique and Keto diet weight loss update for 2018. I have to say, it was an interesting year when it comes to working out and eating healthier. All and all I’m very happy with how far I’ve come. Eating Keto style has really changed the way I look at food. I also eat much healthier and it makes me take care of my body even more. On top of that I’ve discover intermittent fasting right before summer and I love it! Intermittent fasting in combination with Keto is such a good combination.
I also want to talk about my Keto diet weight loss a bit more, so that’s what I’ll discuss in this vlog. The last two weeks have been really good when it comes to Keto. I’ve had time to cook and I even managed to eat at least two big meals on a tight budget of €25. I suggest you watch the grocery list on a budget video too, because it’s really interesting. Eating the way I do has helped me lose more weight. I’m now at 61 kg, while I was around 64 kg the last half year. Now I’m almost back at my original weight goal of 60 kg.
