What I eat in a day, Keto meals and snacks

Hey babe, thanks for your patience while I was making another ‘What I eat in a day video.’ It really takes me about eight or nine hours to make one. Mostly because I want to go in depth and really show you what I eat. And I’m also stepping up my editing game, which I hope you can notice. I am as always, serving you realness in this food video. I never leave anything out and I never put it anything I wouldn’t have eaten anyway.

I do have to say this video is made around my Keto diet style, so low carb and high in healthy fats. I also have to say that my food intake is a little different than most people’s intake. I have many food allergies, so I eat a little different than most people. Keto is a lifestyle to me, I do not treat it like a strict diet. So if I go over 20 grams of carbs I do not really mind. I still lose enough weight. I even hit my weight goal this week, I’m at 60 kg right now!

 

Before I forget, here is the full list of foods I ate in this video:

Breakfast:

  • Two eggs
  • 3 slices of deli meat chicken
  • 20 grams of shredded cheese
  • 10 grams of unsalted butter
  • A tablespoon of Heinz Ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste (I do not measure or weigh spices, ain’t nobody got time for that! I also use very little to even weigh them)
  • Glass of water
  • Vitamin D3 supplement

Total: 421 calories, 8 grams of carbs, 33 grams of fat and 24 grams of protein

Lunch:

In this video, I didn’t have lunch because I had a stomach bug. I had some more small and lighter snacks instead.

Dinner:

  • One hamburger
  • Half a yellow bellpepper
  • Broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix
  • Salt, pepper and American hamburger spices to taste
  • 10 grams of unsalted butter
  • A tablespoon of Hellman’s mayonnaise

Total: 444 calories, 9 grams of carbs, 32 grams of fat and 28 grams of protein

Snacks:

  • 10 cheese cubes
  • 10 grams of marzipan
  • 15 grams of 72% coco Godiva chocolate
  • Muesli bar

Total: 322 calories, 22 grams of carbs, 19 grams of fat and 28 grams of protein

By the end of the day I was at 1188 calories. My macros where 38 grams of carbs, 84 grams of fat and 62 grams of protein. I was very close to my goal as I have it planned out in the My Fitness Pal app. I’m very happy about the food I hade in this ‘What I eat in a day’ video. Although I’m sad to say I missed a lunch due that stomachache. But I told you I was going to serve you some realness. Don’t sweat it when your food intake is a little off, you’ll be fine. If you want to be sure you’re doing it right, visit your doctor or a dietician.
