What I eat in a day? Well, I got yah covered! My new camera makes it possible to film my meals quickly and easy, so here is a new ‘what I eat in a day’ day video. This time it’s filled with Keto meals for weight loss. All these meals together will provide you with 21 grams of carbs a day. I have to be honest and say that I filmed this video on a sunday. I always eat something tasty during the weekends to keep my sanity. My carb intake ended up being 33,5 grams of carbs, but if you leave out the cookie you’ll be fully strict Keto with 21 grams of carbs.
I’m also giving the intermittent fasting a try. I started last Friday and it’s been great. I start eating at 12.00 in the afternoon. I have a snack around 15.00 and my last meal is between 18.00 and 19.00 pm. So far, so good! It doesn’t take much adjusting, because I tend to eat my breakfast really late anyway. I usually eat something around 9.00 or 10.00 am. Now I’m just adding two hours before I break my fast.
When I started my new Keto streak on May 11, I was weighing 62,8 kg. Now it’s six days later and I just hit the 61,8 kg which means I lost a kilo in six days, boom! So yes, the Keto diet really works for me and I hope it will help you out too. I just want to say that it’s best to treat it like a lifestyle, because Keto is not something you just do. It takes a lot of prepping, reading, understanding and getting shit done. But when you do, it really works.
