Hey babes, it took me a while but I’m writing again. I’m also filming for Youtube after taking a two-week break. My health isn’t where it’s supposed to be, therefore it took me a bit longer to wrap up the Summer Body Challenge. And a challenge it has been, but the last video is up now. For two months I’ve been working really hard on getting my healthy lifestyle back in order. I wanted to lose 4,5 kg, but I didn’t. I do have a really good reason and I want to share it with you. Mainly because I think that it might help you out, if you’ve also struggled to get to your goals.

My main point is that you only fail when you actually quit. As long as you’re still trying, you’re still in the process of getting to your goals. And that my loves, isn’t failing. So although I almost decided not to put this video up, as my results are not what I want them to be. I chose to do publish the video, because first of all: I don’t care what anybody thinks of me. Second: I’m still in the process of reaching my goals. I haven’t failed yet, I’m still working on it and that’s the mindset you need to succeed.
