It’s time for a new bullet journal spread for April 2021 with a matching video. I can’t wait to show you my new theme, because it’s very different from what I’ve shared before. My bullet journal themes are always influenced by my mood, so let’s see what my mood is like right now. I feel like time is going slow and fast at the same time. It’s probably the lockdown that is still going in the Netherlands. I spend way too much time at home and I miss being able to travel places. Thankfully journaling always puts my head in the right space.
However, for this month’s bullet journal theme I went with black. I know, April is the month of spring but the weather here is not spring-like in any way. Also, I love how the black paper I found looks on the light pages of my bullet journal. I started my new theme by going through some old magazines to find black and white images. I couldn’t find enough black and white pictures, but I did have my black paper. Therefore I used a good amount of black paper in my bullet journal spread for April 2021.
I also made some pictures for you to use as inspiration. I personally love pictures like this so I had to add them to this article. And no, you don’t have to create a black theme for your April spread but it’s certainly an option. Just be creative and yourself on the pages of your bullet journal. Doodle, plan, collage, paint, track or just simply write. You are the boss! I hope you use your bullet journal to create your True Life regardless.
