Yasss, it’s summertime and I’m in the mood for food. That shouldn’t be a surprise to you, but a change of appetite might. During the summer I tend to be less hungry and I prefer light meals due to the heat. I often struggle to eat enough and stay hydrated. That’s why I thought it would be a good idea to share what I eat in a day, the summer edition. In my new video I will show you some easy and healthy low carb meals. You can follow my meal plan or use any dish you like and combine it with your own.


I think you will like the meals in this video because they’re very easy to make. These healthy summer meals also Keto diet and low carb proof. I tend to eat up to 50 grams of carbs per day and this full day of eating added up to around 40 grams. Which easily gives you some room for 10 more grams of carbs if you need them. You can also take out some of the higher carb dishes I’m showing you if you want to lower your carb intake. It’s up to you baby!
