Oh yeah, it’s time for a new full day of eating video. I’ve been slowly getting back into eating healthy and I thought I’d share a few new meals I’ve been eating. All Keto diet and low carb proof of course! Eating healthy has been a bit of a journey for the last year. With all of the challenges in my personal life, I found it really hard to focus on eating healthy all the time. I decided to let it slide a little, but that also means my weight went up. Although I don’t mind keeping it juicy, I do mind not being able to close my paints.
So whenever I’m in the right mindset to do a full day of eating with healthy food, I do it! It’s now day three back on a strict Keto diet for me, and I’m doing pretty well. I’m currently experiencing the Keto flu like you wouldn’t believe though. Last night my head pretty much exploded and I had to go to sleep so I wouldn’t have to feel it. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad Keto flu in my life. But I have to be honest and say I did expect that to happen. I’ve been on and off way too many times and at some point, your body will be over it.

However, I made the decision last month to not constantly push myself to eat healthy. It just doesn’t work, and I’ve known it for a while. For some reason it’s become a habit to sometimes feel bad about not eating healthy. As if that’s the end of the world, it’s not! I actually believe that letting go of wanting to eat healthy is better for me. It puts me in a very relaxed mindset where eating healthy comes naturally. And that’s all I’ve ever wanted since I’ve started my healthy eating journey.
So, for the last two weeks I’ve been teaching myself to eat whatever I want. And you know what, my brain has been choosing healthy food over snacks. I guess sometimes all it takes is to just relax and stop pushing yourself. It’s going to take a while to get back fully back on track. But not feeling bad about feeling bad because I snacked too much, is working really well for me. It’s kind of fun to learn so much about my brain, how it works and then using it in my advantage. It feels like I’m actually starting to get in control of my brain, bad habits and feelings about eating healthy. And honestly, that feels great!
Check out my new video for inspiration and motivation if you want. And let’s make healthy food choices together by just taking it easy.
