Back at it again with a new video about Keto. I’m slowly getting back into strict Keto after eating low carb for a while. It’s time to really lay down the law for myself. In order to get really serious, I needed to do some Keto groceries. Sharing how I put my Keto grocery list together seemed like a really good idea. Therefor I’m sharing my best Keto grocery list tips in this video, along with easy Keto meal prep recipes. I wish I knew these when I first got started with Keto, because it would’ve saved me a lot of time.
Meal prepping is very important on the Keto diet. I personally find it a bit hard to do, but without it I fall of the wagon really fast. As eating Keto on the go is pretty much undoable. Most restaurants don’t offer anything low carb, so being prepared is everything! If you want to start eating Keto it’s really good to know this beforehand. Keto is one of the healthiest ways of eating, but it can be a bit expensive depending on where you live.
That’s why I like checking offers and discounts. It helps me with staying on budget and I spend about €40 or less on food per week. That’s pretty good if you ask me. I’ve also put together a basic Keto grocery list to help you figure out what items to look for. Once you know what you already have in stock, you simply check what you still need.
