Yay, it’s finally here! My new What I Eat In A Week video. It took me seven days to create, including the How to start eating Keto eBook. But now that it’s finally here, I really hope you like it. This new video is about low carb meals, 100 grams of carbs per day to help me get back into the Keto diet. I like easing myself into it, so I don’t shock my body too much coming from a regular diet. If you want to do the same or simply lower your carb intake to lose a bit of weight, this is the video for you!

I filmed every meal I ate from Monday to Friday, including all the snacks. I want to give you a realistic view on how you can eat up to 100 grams of carbs per day. It’s not that hard and you can still have a snack here and there. Food should be fun, it should not scare you or turn into the enemy. I hope that my video helps you get a positive outlook on eating healthier.
