Are you ready for a new Summer Body Challenge episode, I am! I had a pretty good week and I felt like it was time to get into ketosis. After being a bit too flexible I’m getting back on track with my Keto way of eating. I had about 15 minutes to shop between two appointments, so I grabbed the essentials in the supermarket. I decided to show you my Keto groceries because I get a lot of questions about it.
Keto is actually pretty simple when it comes to grocery shopping. I also have my basic Keto grocery list written out for you, this will make it even easier to shop. Keto helps you introduce the good carbs in your diet. Which means you will mostly shop for vegetables, meat, fish, nuts, seeds and water. It’s a good thing to invest in items that are high in quality to make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need.
