What’s up babe, are you ready for a new fitness vlog and a Foodybox unboxing? I hope you are, because I had so much fun making it. Mostly because it’s been a while since I posted a full workout and I missed it. I was out of the running due to a stupid stomach bug. I kept feel sick and my stomach just wouldn’t settle down. Thankfully I’m doing much better now, and I even did three workouts this week. It’s been a while since I’ve really had some good workout sessions.
So here is my workout for a round booty and beautiful abs. I know my abs aren’t where I want them to be yet, but I do want to show you how I’m getting there. I’ve been doing leg raises a lot and they seem to work wonders for my abs. I’ve also been doing some heavy lifting for my legs and booty. I’ve been paying attention to my form and I’ve been working on that mind to muscles connection. I guess I’m just really happy with the way my workouts went this week, yay!
