Hey dolls, welcome back to another February Fit Challenge episode. I usually post these on Sunday, but something came up, so I had to adjust. But here it is and it’s all about my keto meal prep grocery haul. As I have told you I haven’t been fully into Keto since the end of December 2017. I had a bit of a setback due to too much stress. I literally couldn’t get out of bed and I just had a really hard time to get stuff done, including eating Keto.
Now don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t like I completely threw Keto out of the window. I just wasn’t on point and I’ve had to deal with the results. I started feeling shaky again, I had stomachaches and I also got that foggy feeling in my head back. I didn’t even eat that unhealthy, it’s just that my body isn’t used to eating that way anymore. I decided to really go for it this week and just eat everything I wanted: Chocolate, ice cream and fried food.
I did, and I got sick of it pretty fast! It did however give me some peace of mind. I’ve got it out of my system and I’m back on Keto since yesterday. I already feel so much better, knowing that I apparently can pick it back up whenever I want. I have to admit I was a little scared about me having a ‘setback.’ I guess eating Keto since May 2017, has truly become a lifestyle to me and it’s very natural to me now. I have nothing to worry about, love it!
That’s why I’m showing you my Keto meal prep grocery haul, so it can hopefully get you started as well. Even if you don’t want to eat Keto style, it might give you the motivation to pick up healthier options at the supermarket. If you have some trouble finding the right foods for you, try my Keto grocery list to find some good items. Get yourself started and get into the mood, the rest will follow!
Enjoy the new episode,
